    1. Both webinar and video conference are conducted over the interact but the difference is that webinar is conducted by a speaker to reach a large set of audience and video conference is done by individuals or businesses for both parties to interact alike.
    2. The purpose of webinar is to educate, inform or share experience whereas the purpose of video conference is to interact and meet for business or personal agendas.
    3. Webinars as mentioned earlier are generally one way communication by the speaker whereas video conference is a full duplex communication between all participants at all times.
    4. Webinars are easily scalable but video conferences have limited scalability in terms of adding participants.
