How Do I Start A Beta Product?

1 Answer

  1. Well when you are already in middle of it you need to start asking yourself the questions that will lead you to right steps. There is no right steps on how should you start it but yes these few steps can prove to be helpful:
Know that you need to understand the problem that you’re trying to solve by developing this product.
Next, consider who should get access. Start small with early adopters who already experience the problem you’re trying to solve. Broaden the audience over time to include users who haven’t asked for the feature.
Work on how you’ll pitch and describe the solution in a way that makes the most sense for your users and then get feedback from your customers. Evaluate the findings.
And lastly, set a timeline to make a final call on whether and when you will ship the product you’re testing
