A clear target audience in mind i.e. focus the branding and marketing strategies on a specific group of people who genuinely have a need, want, or interest in the company. Talk to people.Interviews and focus groups are a great way to help you narrow down your target market. Don’t start with a really narrow audience right away, start with larger groups.
