A brand ambassador must have the below characteristics:
1. Online presence: With the boom of digital everywhere, a brand ambassadors online presence plays an important role in brand promotion and endorsement.
2. Interest in brand: The person should genuinely believe in the brand that they are opting to promote. It will enable them to connect the brand with the target audience in a better way.
3. Interaction with public: They should be outgoing and willing to interact with the target audience. This will enable then to build long term relationships between the brand and their customer segment.
4. Creative: They should be able to come up with innovative ways of associating themselves with the brand.
