Relationship marketing has five levels. They are basic marketing, reactive marketing, accountable marketing, proactive marketing and partnership marketing.
1. Basic marketing: This is the first stage of relationship marketing which involves customer acquisition and the initial sales process.
2. Reactive marketing: In this stage, the business reacts to the observed consumer behavior and tries to adopt strategies meeting those behaviors.
3. Accountable marketing: This is a stage, when business reaches out to customers to receive suggestions related to business improvements.
4. Proactive marketing: Here the business works on improvement of their product even before the customer has provided any feedback to try and meet the user needs.
5. Partnership marketing: It involves partnering with other businesses or companies to provide improved user experience.
