The six stages of personal selling process are as follows:
1. Prospecting: This is a phase where you identify potentia; customers.
2. Pre-approach: In this stage you prepare for your sales presentation.
3. Approach: It is the initial contact between the potential customer and the sales person. It includes small conversations to get to know the customer.
4. Presentation: Present you pitch before the identified audience or potential customers.
5. Close: The next step is closing the deal.
6. Follow up: Keep following up with the customer to maintain long term relationships. It enhances customer experience and satisfaction.
