  1. When an individual provides feedback based on his or her observation of the person and which will bring about positive changes in the person who receives feedback is known as constructive feedback.
    Constructive feedback can be given in the following four ways:
    1. Negative feedback: When you share what went wrong in the past and what what should be done to correct it.
    2. Positive feedback: Appreciating what was done right and that the person should keep doing it.
    3. Negative feedforward: Making sure failures are not repeated in future.
    4. Positive feedforward: It aims to continue promoting growth and development.
