  1. Going by the definition: It is a system of maintaining standards in manufactured products by testing a sample of the output against the specification. Speaking generally, Quality Control (QC) is a process through which a business seeks to ensure that product quality is maintained or improved. It requires the business to create an environment in which both management and employees try to improve and strive for perfection. This is done by creating benchmarks for product quality and testing products to check for statistically significant variations.
    It is generally done by setting control limits or specification limits and product outside these limits are rejected to be sent further.
