Design thinking is an exploratory, human centric approach where you follow a structure to get a solution that is closest to what a user needs.
It has five stages:
Empathize: where you understand what your user really needs
Define: where you define the problem based on your understanding
Ideate: where you think beyond the box and find all possible solutions
Prototype: A basic layout of what your solution will be
Test: here you go back to the user and understand if the solution you’ve designed would actually help them or not
