  1. Job evaluation means assigning values to each of the company’s jobs.
    Conducting job evaluation helps produce pay plan in which each job’s pay is equitable.
    Job evaluation is conducted based on what other employer’s are paying for these jobs and based on each job’s value to the employer.
    There are four methods of job evaluation. They are Ranking method, Job classification or Grading method, Factor comparison method and Point method.
