    3. In branding you create a name, logo or a symbol for communicating brand message. In public relations you partner with media or other firms to manage your relationship with the customer.
    4. Branding and public relations both are tools of reputation management, but public relations is a toll which can be used for crisis management to communicate about the crisis situation to the population through various media.
