3. Reactive marketing strategies are weak in areas of quality control. Proactive marketing strategies are good in area of quality control.
4. Companies that adopt reactive marketing strategy may not come up with new and innovative solution whereas companies with proactive marketing strategies can always come up with innovative solutions.
5. Reactive marketing is responding to consumer actions and proactive marketing is responding to consumer needs or demands.
