  1. VRIO stands for Value, Rare, Imitability and Organization. It is a framework used to analyze companies internal resources. These resources are are then judged on the VRIO parameters which is if the resource is valuable, rare, imitable and organized. If answer to all questions is a YES, then the resource is considered to be a source of Sustained Competitive advantage for the firm.
    If any of the answers is No, then the resource is considered a source of temporary competitive advantage.
