    Companies try to create an atmosphere of goodwill and an emotional association between the brand and the customer. Brand experience is about creating memorable experiences with the brand for the customer.
    Companies try to curate their brand personality through a set of emotions. This brand personality results in a relationship between the brand and the customer needs or feelings.
