According to a definition: “An intrapreneur works inside a company to develop an innovative idea or project that will enhance the company’s future.” In simple terms we can say that an intrapreneur is an employee of a company who is assigned with a task to develop a special project and is allowed to take time to bring creative ideas and he has the freedom to build it just as an entrepreneur has. For doing this job he has access to the resources and capabilities of an established company.
Overtime these intrapreneurs become the company’s executive leaders if they are able to establish themselves well enough.
